In Treatment of Nausea Metaclopramide Injection blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or cancer treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably from cancer treatments such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy. It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed.

If you miss a dose of Metaclopramide Injection, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.\\n \\n

- Alcohol : UNSAFE It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Metaclopramide Injection.
- Pregnancy : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED Metaclopramide Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
- Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR Metaclopramide Injection is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
- Driving : UNSAFE Metaclopramide Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Metaclopramide Injection may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive.
- Kidney : CAUTION Metaclopramide Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Metaclopramide Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
- Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED Metaclopramide Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Metaclopramide Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
